$420 per week for Units 6-11- None available as yet.

There is a power limit of $100 per month supplied per apartment averaged out over the course of the year. The idea is that you use less than $100 in the summer months allowing a credit to roll over so you can use more in the winter months. Unlimited internet is included in the rent rate.
Uncovered: $15 and covered car parking available for an additional $25 per week.
Sorry, no couples, rooms are strictly single occupancy. No pets allowed.
